Fall 2010 Enrollment Steps
1	Match Student’s Abilities with Classes New students must schedule an audition for class placement (except for Pre-Ballet and Adult Students) so we can accurately place you in the proper classes according to your abilities and general age. Please call (408) 776-1661 or email us at info@morganhilldance.com. We welcome new students on a continuous basis. At the end of Step 1, MHDC will issue Fall 2010 Student Placement of recommended classes. Returning students will receive Student Placement prior to the start of each Fall and Summer Sessions. Please call or email us if you have not received this information.
2	Submit The Following Form/s 2010-2011 Enrollment Form (3-sided) 2010-2011 Optional Attachment – Enrollment Form Optional, Nutcracker 2010 Enrollment Form
3	Submit Fees Annual Enrollment Fee of $50.00 for new students or $40.00 for returning students and $10.00 per additional family member. Tuition in accordance to Tuition Options & Studio Policies.
