Morgan Hill Ballet
Morgan Hill Dance Center is also the home of the Morgan Hill Ballet Company. The Morgan Hill Ballet is a not-for-profit, community oriented, non-competitive dance company that is dedicated to outreach, service and excellence. Its goal is to provide performance experience, foster personal growth, and to further dance awareness through educational programs, outreach, and charitable performances. Generally, the Company performs once a month for the Morgan Hill Community. The Company also organizes and completes multiple outreach projects throughout the year. The Company holds its annual Company Gala towards the end of spring where all proceeds go to the Morgan Hill Ballet Scholarship Fund. Since 2006, the Company has performed a full-length, Nutcracker each December. In Spring 2007, the Company presented Safe Haven – a special production in support of the Safe Haven Project in addition to their traditional Company Gala which marked the School’s 30th anniversary. In June 2011, the Company presented two, charming performances of I Remember. Proceeds benefit the entire 2011-2012 Company.
